Took off all my makeup but doesn’t strip my skin

I love this, because who doesn't love a gentle yet effective two in one product? I've always loved a cleansing balm and this one is a delight. The gentle exfoliation from the oat powder is just perfect for my skin. Plus it works brilliantly at removing make up after a long day.

Great size and packaging but no premium packaging or feel

I've really enjoyed using this cleansing balm. The texture feels rich and silky and melts beautifully into my skin, making it really easy to massage in and remove makeup and everyday build-up.

This cleanser is like a mask for the skin. With a little water the cleanser easily turns into a smoother texture which can be applied to face and with a light massage its works effectively. I love the way it removes all the makeup easily and leaves the skin hydrated and spa like treated.

I absolutely loved the feel of these products, the eye cream was my favourite, I hate my fine lines and this made my creases feel more supple! The fragrance is lovely it is very organic and smells like it has no harsh oils at all very simple. Each product has its own fragrance unique and none perfumed.

Stays a little oily for a few hours, not keen on the colour or packaging. Has some residue. Skin is smoother and does feel more hydrated and cleansed. The scent needs improving.

This Cleansing Balm leaves my skin feeling beautifully clean, balanced and nourished without that tight, stripped feeling. It melts away makeup and impurities so effortlessly, and the natural scent makes the whole experience feel so luxurious.

The product was good but I don't think the packaging is appealing I wouldn't notice it on a shelf

Thick balm that is effective removing make up

A lovely cleansing balm, may well become my go-to when I need to repurchase, it's definitely up there. Balms are actually my preferred choice of cleanser so I was excited to try this one and it didn't disappoint. It's a lovely texture and emulsifies nicely with warm water. It leaves my skin feeling really clean and nourished, not stripped and sensitive. There's no artificial fragrances, just a very faint natural scent - I've tried cleansing balms from other brands which are far too heavily scented in the past. This one is easy to use and effective. My skin had no reactions at all to this product and I will happily continue to use the rest and may well repurchase. Genuinely nothing not to like with this product at all. My only slight bit of feedback is that the branding on the products doesn't give memorable to me, I like a minimalist style but this just seems forgettable, which is a shame because it doesn't give in aesthetic the quality of the product inside and I think that's a disservice to the product!

I like the cleanser and how effective it is. Unfortunately the texture I didn't really like.

What i really loved about this product was the fact that the ingredients were natural and it is a healthier alternative to retinol based products. Really enjoyed using the cleansing balm and I also noticed that this had a gentle exfoliation that I wasn't expecting, and this was also hydrating - my skin didnt feel tight after using.

I found this cleaning balm very good. The texture is unique. It's looks like chocolate mousse. I have a sensitive skin and I like the feeling of my skin after use.

Felt like it cleaned my skin well

The texture is soft and silky on my skin and leaves it feeling thoroughly cleansed. After use, my skin feels lovely and smooth and completely refreshed and cleansed.

Such a light product and smells amazing

The texture was a little hard to get to grips with and personally I didn't like the smell (even though I think it smelled chocolatey!) however, after massaging in and washing away, my skin felt very soft and clean.

I liked how smooth it felt and the smoothness on the skin. Unlike other textures of cleansers that make me feel dry when i was them off this didnt, my skin still felt clean but also soft

It feels lovely on the skin and definitely removed all my make up. My skin didn't feel dry afterwards and its an easy sized jar to take on my travels

No the easiest product to get out the pot and feels very tough even after a little water. Does blend as well as other cleansing balms
