1 · Cleanse. Apply a small amount to clean hands, add a little water and mix to a creamy texture, then massage onto damp skin. Rinse with warm water or remove with a damp muslin cloth.
2 · Eyes. Using the spatula or a fingertip, gently pat a rice-grain amount around the orbital bone. No rubbing, and avoid the lash line.
3 · Moisturise. Pat onto cleansed skin and massage into the face and neck until absorbed. A little goes a long way.
Morning and night. No layering rules, no waiting time between steps, and no SPF requirement, though daily sun protection is always a good idea.

Attributed to the ingredient, not the finished creams: bakuchiol targets the same skin receptors as retinol but without converting to retinoic acid, so the results come without the inflammatory side effects.

I already have a moisturiser, why buy all three?
You don't have to. Every product is sold on its own. But the three were formulated as one system: the balm cleans without stripping the barrier, which is what lets the actives in the eye cream and moisturiser absorb properly. If you keep a stripping cleanser in the routine, you're working against the two products you just bought. Can I use this with my vitamin C, acids or niacinamide?
Yes. Unlike retinol, there's no buffering, no alternating nights and no waiting time to manage. Apply your other actives as you normally would.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
All System Nature formulations are 100% natural with no known contraindications for pregnancy or breastfeeding. This is one of the clearest differences from retinol, which is generally avoided. We'd always recommend checking with your GP or midwife first.
I'm using prescription tretinoin, how do I switch?
There's no tapering or transition period needed on our side. You can stop and start the routine straight away. If you're on a prescription retinoid for a diagnosed condition, speak to whoever prescribed it before stopping.
