WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your order reference number once your order has been dispatched. Keep this order number should you need it.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES?
UK delivery charge is £4 with free delivery over £35. Orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days. 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER OR MAKE CHANGES TO IT, AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. However, please note that we have a 14-day money-back guarantee. This gives you the opportunity to return any parcel or product that you do not wish to keep (please check returns for more info).



HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Carefully, because we want your product to arrive in pristine condition!
We'll let you know by email once we have received your payment. When your parcel has been shipped, we'll send you another email with your order reference number. When we receive your order before 1:00pm on a working day, it will be shipped the same day, and delivered to you within 3 days (not counting Sundays and Bank Holidays).


WHY IS IT TAKING LONGER THAN I EXPECTED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
An increased number of orders mean that our delivery times are currently longer than usual. All our orders are picked and packed by hand; our warehouse staff members are currently processing orders placed 0-1 days ago.

We know that ordering new System Nature™ products is exciting, and we are so sorry that you are waiting longer than usual to receive yours. Please know that we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

I HAVE CONTACTED YOU REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY ORDER, WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A REPLY?
Our experts are currently experiencing an increased number of order enquiries. If you have contacted us and not received a response, we are sorry that it is taking us longer than usual to get back to you. We are working very hard to reply to every call, email and message with the right information as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT LOST PARCELS?
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please email us at info@systemnature.com. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS
At System Nature™ UK, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with any System Nature™ product, for any reason, you can return it to us within 60 days of date of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price (not including shipping).

The fastest way to process your return:
First, contact us by email at info@systemnature.com before returning any product or parcel.

a.Please mention your order number

b. Indicate the reason for the return so we can improve our service and product quality

Finally, return your products in the original packaging and include the invoice and/or packing slip.

RETURN OF OPENED PRODUCTS 
In addition to the previous section on returning unopened products, in case you are not satisfied with any System Nature™ product that has been opened, you can also return this product (at your cost). Please note that under this Returns Policy you may not receive a (full) refund in cases where the product has been used beyond what is deemed reasonable to trial the product. For example, a product that is empty or almost empty. This also applies to a product that has been damaged after you have received it.
